The role:

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Commercial Manager to lead regional sales performance, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional alignment. This role plays a pivotal part in driving predictable growth and improving pipeline health and conversion efficiency across markets.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to implement strategic commercial initiatives, optimize lead-to-cash processes, and ensure consistent execution of the commercial playbook.

This is what you’ll be doing:

Driving pipeline visibility and conversion performance from MQL to Closed-Won

Executing sales and growth plans in collaboration with Sales Directors and RevOps

Conducting commercial analysis and identify growth levers (e.g., segmentation, pricing optimization)

Facilitating product and sales training in partnership with Enablement teams

Supporting forecast planning through data-driven insights and market analysis

Collaborating with rest Revenue Operations on CRM data quality, and performance tracking

Owning performance dashboards and KPI reporting across local markets

Ensuring commercial process compliance and continuous optimization

Portfolio management in sales and prospect planning

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel dynamics and performance forecasting
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving data-informed decisions
  • Experience aligning commercial strategies across multiple countries
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional Nordic language is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot & PowerBI) and performance reporting systems
