About the Role

As a Product Regulation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that the company’s global portfolio of non-road and marine products complies with current and future emissions regulations. You will monitor and interpret global regulatory developments, prepare the organization for upcoming requirements, and provide expert guidance throughout the product development process.

This position offers the opportunity to influence future products and technologies while collaborating across technical and regulatory teams and with external regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global non-road and marine emissions regulations relevant to the company’s product portfolio.
• Interpret, summarize, and communicate emission requirements clearly to relevant internal teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain emission compliance requirement documents, serving as design guidelines derived from regulatory frameworks.
• Initiate and support the development of test codes in collaboration with technology and engineering departments.
• Work closely with Regulatory Affairs Managers and participate actively in regulatory change management.
• Provide expert guidance to certification engineers and support project teams in resolving interpretation issues.
• Align and share best practices with counterparts in related business areas.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and represent the company in industry associations and working groups.
• Participate in the Emission Guideline Committee, contributing directly to the direction of future projects.

About You

• You are an experienced specialist in Product Regulation, with a strong background in emissions compliance for non-road and/or marine applications.
• You bring 8+ years of relevant experience, combining technical understanding with regulatory insight.
• You excel at leading complex projects, guiding others, and collaborating across diverse technical and regulatory teams.
• You have deep knowledge of products, offerings, regulations, and customer requirements within your area of responsibility.
• You are proactive, analytical, and confident in engaging with both internal stakeholders and external authorities.
