For our client we are now looking for a Requirements Manager/Requirements Manager

Mission description

As a requirements manager/requirements manager, you are responsible for the operational contact with the business to ensure that their requirements and wishes are taken care of in the best possible way from the perspectives of technology, development and management. You have communicative skills that allow you to easily translate the business's needs into IT solutions.

You are responsible for:

Operational requirements gathering at a detailed level to ensure that both existing and new applications are in line with the business's requirements and wishes.

Translate business requirements into IT deliverables to ensure desired delivery.

Support development and testing as needed to contribute to the best possible solution.

Contribute to roadmap and strategy through continuous dialogue with stakeholders to ensure the business's major shifts and wishes.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and solutions that can be handled in the further development process.

Responsible for documenting and logging the business's requirements and its functional solutions.

Contribute to the development and compliance with the company's target architecture through close collaboration with all architects.

Profile and Merits

Requirements for formal skills and experience:• Knowledge in traceability

• Experience in requirements gathering and requirements management.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working with both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Experience working closely with development teams and architects.

• Experience in architectural work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Assignment period: 2025-10-06-2026-06-30

Scope: 100%

Location: The assignment is located in Solna and you are expected to be on site 3 days a week.
