Partner Success & Technical Service Manager
Miris AB, a global leader in human milk analysis technology, is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Partner Success & Technical Service Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. We are passionate about making a difference in neonatal care and are looking for someone equally committed to delivering exceptional service and technical support to our customers worldwide.
About the Role
In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for customer service, technical support, and distributor account management. You will work closely with customers and partners to ensure a seamless experience—from handling orders and performing service tasks to delivering training and maintaining strong distributor relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Account Management: Maintaining and developing distributor accounts, tracking performance, and supporting partnership growth.
- Distributor Support: Providing technical and commercial support to Miris distributors
- Customer Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact, providing prompt and professional support to customers via email and phone.
- Technical Service: Providing in-house service, remote support, and on-site service within Scandinavia for Miris equipment.
- Installations & Trainings: Conducting on-site installations and training sessions worldwide, as well as offering web-based trainings for customers and distributors.
- Event Participation: Representing Miris as an exhibitor at international conferences and trade shows globally, supporting customer engagement and showcasing our solutions to a global audience.
- Order Management: Processing of customer order.
- Logistics Coordination: Managing international shipments to customers and partners worldwide.
- CRM/ERP Management: Maintaining accurate records using Salesforce (CRM) and Monitor (ERP)
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards through use of the Greenlight Guru eQMS system.

Qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer service or technical support (preferred).
- Background in technical support of medical or analytical equipment is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting and remote support
- Ability and willingness to travel for on-site service and training globally.
- Experience with distributor relations or partner account management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with international logistics and invoicing.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and experience with eQMS systems (e.g., Greenlight Guru) is a strong advantage.
- Hands on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Monitor) systems.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Swedish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to work independently
- B driver’s license required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent relevant work experience is considered in place of formal education.
