The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from wind and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a Technical Project Manager / Teknisk projektledare.

As Technical Project Manager / Teknisk projektledare you will be involved in the full cycle of renewable energy projects in Sweden – primarily solar parks and battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will work closely with our Swedish team as well as our technical hub in Portugal, which supports with feasibility and implementation studies, technical design, simulations, and construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the technical development and construction phases of solar parks and BESS projects.
• Participate in project design and support with technical tasks such as grid connections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure progress and quality.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on ongoing and planned activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering education (electrical, energy, or similar) or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding of renewable energy systems; electrical knowledge or certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in multifunctional teams and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish, with good spoken and written English.
