About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Developer to join a dynamic development team supporting the transformation of a large-scale retail operations platform. The project focuses on replacing legacy ERP systems with a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution, including modules such as Commerce, Finance & Operations, Customer Service, and Field Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize components in D365 Commerce, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers
• Create custom modules, themes, and RCSU extensions to meet specific business requirements
• Integrate D365 Commerce with external systems (e.g., payment, search, ERP platforms)
• Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver features from design through deployment
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Document technical solutions and contribute to internal development standards
• Support rollout and onboarding through knowledge sharing and training

Requirements:

• D365 Modules: Commerce, Finance & Operations, CRM, Field Service
• Full-Stack Development: Frontend, backend, APIs, databases
• ERP Integration: Experience integrating D365 with AX2009 and third-party systems
• Custom Development: Modules, themes, RCSU extensions
• DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub, build and release pipelines
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• Soft Skills: Agile collaboration, documentation, training support
