Scrum Master

Assignment description

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to support our team at TRATON R&D. The assignment will be on a hybrid basis and requires the following qualifications:

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in hardware-related projects

Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework

Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Self-driven and proactive mindset

Strong leadership and ability to inspire teams

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Open to continuous learning and personal development

Experience within Scania or TRATON Group R&D is plus

Where will the assignment be performed (Onsite, Hybrid, offsite) : Hybrid

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written)
