Product Owner

Assignment Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with a focus on delivery and implementation. This role is execution-driven, and the ideal candidate will bring strong experience from large, complex organizations with the ability to work effectively with offshore teams. The client collaborates closely with a team in India, so experience working in international and distributed environments is crucial.

Key Experience & Competencies

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile frameworks.
• Experience in large, complex environments, ideally with global collaboration.
• Proficient in backlog management, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Figma.
• Ability to work closely with UX designers to refine product features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable managing frequent meetings and collaborating closely with offshore teams.
• Capable of following up and asking precise, insightful questions to stakeholders to drive progress.
• Well-organized, reliable, and quick to adapt to new domains.
• Confident in raising issues and providing clear, actionable input.
• Skilled in building trust and fostering strong relationships in large, international teams.
