About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in IBM Master Data Management (MDM) to join a dynamic Agile team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of MDM solutions, ensuring adherence to defined requirements and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MDM products in line with agreed specifications and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum team members and Agile Release Train (ART) participants to resolve issues and share knowledge.
- Actively participate in requirement refinement, user story definition, and task breakdown.
- Apply your expertise to improve processes and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM MDM development.
- Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, SQL, CSS, and Java Web Services.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of core master data management principles, including deduplication techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Stockholm.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
