Quality Project Manager

Camfil AB is looking for a Quality Project Manager to join our Global Quality & Product Care team. The role is located at our Techcenter in Trosa, Sweden.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate international quality projects that span multiple sites and functions. You’ll collaborate with factory teams and suppliers to identify process weaknesses, implement new standards, and ensure compliance with our global procedures.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery
• Coordinating global teams to ensure effective collaboration and project execution
• Driving standardization and harmonization of production and operational processes
• Performing and supporting factory and supplier audits in Europe
• Developing and rolling out global SOPs and visual work instructions
• Conducting root cause and gap analyses to address quality incidents
• Supporting Lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance quality
• Reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders

Who you are

You are a structured, analytical problem-solver with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in an international environment and know how to turn complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.

We believe you bring:

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional or international projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A good ability to understand and optimize processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
• The ability to work independently in a global, matrix organization

Languages & Travel

• Fluent English is required
• Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Swedish) are an advantage
• This role requires travel primarily within Europe, and occasionally to Asia or America.
