Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Malå-Jörn

Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a large business unit responsible for sales, projects, installation and service of wind farms and turbines in the region.

Tasks

  • Service and maintenance of wind turbines in accordance with service agreements
  • Smooth operation of our turbines and use of our systems such as condition monitoring and remote control
  • Customer contact with owners about upcoming service/repairs and clear reporting of actions taken
  • Responsibility and care of the service vehicle and its warehouse
  • Responsibility for spare parts management and inventory
  • Daily reporting and registration in our ERP system SAP

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience or education in electrical or mechanical engineering and a motivation to develop in the areas
  • Good general computer skills
  • Good oral and written proficiency in both Swedish and English (corporate languages)
  • Previous experience as a service technician or similar work is an advantage
  • Driver's license B (manual)

This position requires a high degree of flexibility – both in terms of travel and working hours, as unplanned overtime may occur.

A prerequisite for employment is that you are approved for mast and pole certificates that certify work at height, which means that you undergo a load ECG and a medical examination during the recruitment process.

Other information

The placement is Malå, which belongs to team Malå-Jörn. Working hours for the position are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:30 with one day of weekend on-call per month.
