Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is exceptionally strong in Java backend development and comfortable working with React on the frontend. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in designing scalable, modern applications, enjoys solving complex problems, and values clean, maintainable code.

You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance end-to-end digital solutions — from backend services and APIs to interactive web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Build and enhance intuitive frontend interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through robust architecture and clean code practices.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, ensuring modern and efficient solutions.

Tech Stacks

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Other: Maven/Gradle, Git, Unit Testing (JUnit), Agile/Scrum

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend development (Java / Spring Boot).
• Solid experience working with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and modern software architecture.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborative team setups.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
