Digital Designer at Digital Fans

Digital Fans is looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in translating growth strategies into visually engaging and high-performing digital campaigns. You will work across static, animated, and interactive formats, often combining design and motion to create automation-ready content that delivers measurable results.

You will collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and project leads, contributing to the design and production of assets for websites, apps, CRM, social media, and programmatic campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and performance-optimized digital campaign assets across multiple channels (CRM, paid media, apps, social).
• Add motion to static designs to increase engagement and response.
• Develop adaptive designs and templates to support automation and personalization.
• Follow brand guidelines while pushing creative to resonate with segmented audiences.
• Use tools such as Figma, Celtra, or similar platforms to build modular, reusable creative components.
• Collaborate with strategists and developers to ensure designs align with business goals and user insights.
• Participate in briefings, client check-ins, and creative reviews.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all delivered digital assets.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve creative outcomes and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital design, motion design, or a similar field
• Experience with Celtra for dynamic ads.
• Experience or knowledge of FMCG brands and marketing communications.
• Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in 3D visualization (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and digital aesthetics.
• Experience with Webflow or simple front-end web production.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
