Accounting Development Expert

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be part of Group Finance and CFO Office transformation journey and supporting Swedbank’s strategic development agenda
• Work as a contact person between different stakeholders that have business domain knowledge
• Be part of a team that is working with product and process development related to the accounting of financial instruments
• Together with colleagues be responsible of defining, validating, and implementing accounting requirements produced together with Subject Matter Experts

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
• 5 years’ experience from accounting of financial instruments
• Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills
• Experience from the finance industry with good business understanding
• Open-minded, pro-active and a willing to learn
• Self-driven and taking initiatives with a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience from documenting requirements and test participation and coordination
• Analytical thinking
• Familiarity with tools, frameworks, and processes in Swedbank’s technology ecosystem is a merit
