Lead strategic HR initiatives at a key manufacturing site

At NKT, we are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our local HR team in Alingsås, which currently consists of an HR Business Partner and an HR Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to influence organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Drive HR excellence and empower local leadership
As HR Manager, you will lead and coordinate the HR function at our Alingsås plant, acting as a strategic partner to the local leadership team. You will ensure the execution of key HR initiatives aligned with our business and group strategies, while promoting a proactive and inclusive work culture.
Your responsibility will be to:
* Faciliate the implementation and execution of the People Strategy and HR processes locally
* Coach leaders in team development and organizational structure
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, agreements, and policies
* Lead recruitment and employer branding activities
* Foster collaboration with union representatives
You will report to the Director HR Accessories and be part of the plant management team. The position is based in Alingsås.
Strategic HR leader with manufacturing experience
You are a person who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You are confident in advising leaders, navigating complex HR matters, and driving change. You value inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement, and you bring empathy and clarity to your communication.
You also have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Manager roles
* Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and employee relations
* Fluency in Swedish and English
* Experience from a manufacturing environment
Preferred: Familiarity with SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
