About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM) consultant to support a major public-sector organization in Stockholm. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure authentication and identity solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that technical, regulatory, and business requirements are translated into robust, scalable, and compliant IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of CIAM/IAM solutions.
• Work with authentication protocols such as OIDC and OAuth to ensure secure and reliable authentication flows.
• Install, configure, and manage Curity Identity Server environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and operational excellence.
• Translate technical, regulatory, and business requirements into practical and compliant IT solutions.
• Oversee application management activities, ensuring availability, security, and operational stability of business-critical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on solution architecture and operational needs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of documented experience (within the last 10 years) working with CIAM/IAM solutions, including OIDC and OAuth, with responsibility for design, implementation, or operations.
• 2+ years of experience (within the last 10 years) in installing and configuring Curity Identity Server.
• 4+ years of experience (within the last 10 years) in developing and maintaining CI pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience translating technical, regulatory, and business requirements into implemented IT solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in application management, including responsibility for availability, security, and operational oversight of critical systems.
