In this role, you will report to the Global Product Support Manager in the Top Hammer Solutions Business Line and work closely with R&D, Product Management, Customer Centers, and end users.

Your mission
As Product Specialist, you will be hands-on in field activities acting as a trusted technical partner. You will be supporting product portfolio development and strengthen technical competence across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support for internal teams and second-line support for customers and sales channels
* Participating in field tests and proof-of-concept activities
* Maintaining and developing a product performance database, collecting and analyzing performance data
* Delivering technical training and creating training materials
* Collaborating on new product releases and marketing materials
* Frequent global travel to customer sites for field support and training


Your profile
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong technical background in drilling, mining, or construction equipment, combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. You enjoy collaborating and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications:
* Technical, marketing, or business education with relevant industry knowledge.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or application support within relevant field.
* Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel globally and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
* Knowledge of Epiroc drilling equipment and operating procedures for drill rigs is an advantage.

Location and other
This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden. Travel is required by approximately 70-80 days per year.
