Software Engineer – Embedded Industrial Systems
For an advanced industrial technology environment, we are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of software solutions for measurement products and embedded systems used in industrial applications.
About the Assignment
The assignment involves development of embedded and real-time software in a technically advanced environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in an agile, international team, contributing across the full development lifecycle with focus on quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop software for industrial and embedded systems
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements to testing and verification
- Program mainly in C++, C, and Java
- Develop software for systems based on real-time operating systems
- Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute with proactive problem-solving

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in software development for industrial and/or embedded systems
- Experience working with real-time operating systems (e.g. VxWorks, Windows Embedded Compact)
- Comfortable working with testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews
- Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded approach
- Strong personal initiative and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Open-minded, curious, and motivated to learn and improve in collaboration with others
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
