Digital Service Manager - Gothenburg

We are looking for a senior Digital Service Manager for a consulting assignment within a global automotive-related environment. The role has full end-to-end responsibility for network services and is central in the transition from project-based delivery into stable, secure, and reliable operations. This is a hands-on assignment with strong ownership, where you play a key role in ensuring service quality, supplier performance, and continuous improvement

• End-to-end lifecycle ownership of global network services including WAN, LAN, LAN Firewall and DDI

• Transition of network services from project setup to steady-state operations through a structured handover process

• Daily operational oversight with focus on availability, performance, and security

• Active involvement in major incident management and follow-up on root cause analysis

• Supplier governance including contract ownership, SLA compliance, and financial follow-up

• Driving continuous improvements together with architects and stakeholders to improve stability and optimize cost

• Risk management in close cooperation with security functions

• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, users, suppliers, and other service owners to ensure resilient service delivery

• Relevant university degree or equivalent education in IT, networking, or a related technical field

• Structured and persistent working approach with strong focus on standards compliance, supplier performance, and cost control

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical topics to different audiences

• Experience working in fast-paced environments with close collaboration across cross-functional teams

• Senior experience within network connectivity, preferably in large, global organizations with outsourced service delivery

• Proven experience in defining, implementing, and operating processes for newly established services
