We have one exciting temporary opportunity to join our HR team located in Södertälje, as Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with Sweden Operations. You will report directly to Henrik Bergqvist, HR Director and will be a part of a very collaborative and senior team of HRBP`s, supporting the whole site.

The assignment will run for eight months from January 2026 through August 2026, supporting both our Site API and Regional Supply Chain organizations. Together, these teams comprise nearly 300 employees, spanning collective bargaining groups across blue-collar and white-collar roles.

This is an opportunity to join teams that push the boundaries of science and deliver life‑changing medicines, while gaining broad exposure across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Accountabilities:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of Strategic Workforce initiatives, employee engagement actions, and supporting change management in response to organizational development and production fluctuations. You will also lead or participate in HR projects, ensuring excellence in any HR-related process. You will support the organization in driving a performance culture and building employee engagement through leadership excellence.

You will work cross functionally and collaborate with other areas of HR to reach solutions, and drive continues improvements of our processes with the HR CoE`s and the business. You will also:

* Facilitates maximum value creation out of the AZ core people processes in the functions supported
* Understand, develop and guide managers in core processes delivery of people processes
* Optimally lead one or more HR processes and Projects in the function you support
* Supports operational HR administration and services at a local level, driven by internal and external suppliers
* Support relationships with local unions/employee representatives together with local HR or HRD
* Assures tasks are of the accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards

Essential Skills/Experience:

* Academic degree in social sciences, labor law, business or equivalent
* Basic training/experience from transactional HR and/or local labor law(s)
* Curiosity about growing your business acumen and HR "toolbox"
* Demonstrable experience from planning, communicating and driving processes and projects all the way to the finish line
* HR work experience from Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Manufacturing is desirable
* Strong communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English
* Agile mindset and self-starter attitude with ability to build relationships with senior collaborators, and challenge and mentor their people- and organization related decisions
