To support this growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us attract and hire exceptional people. 

In this role, you’ll be more than a recruiter. You’ll be a strategic partner, working closely with managers and engineers to understand our business needs and design hiring plans that scale with our ambitions.  

You will be responsible for:

• Manage the full recruitment process for technical roles—from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and offers.

• Build strong talent pipelines and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find skills.

• Advise hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices.

• Ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience that reflects our values.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in talent acquisition roles, ideally within tech or AI-focused companies. To succeed, you should, in addition to your bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, have a strong track record of hiring for engineering and technical positions, and the ability to plan and execute recruitment strategies in a fast-changing environment. Stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is a proactive, curious mindset and a passion for innovation and people.
