About the Role

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Hunter / Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in shaping our teams by finding the right people for the right roles—faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring
• Promote employer branding and ensure a great candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment data and reports

Requirements

• Experience as a recruiter, talent hunter, or similar role
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
• Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
