The Role

We are looking for an On-Call Hourly Staff Member to work as a classroom assistant and after-school care provider. This is a part-time position with hours offered on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and daily lessons.
• Supervise students and provide one-on-one or small-group support.
• Help run the after-school program for primary students.
• Lead crafts, outdoor play, and organized activities.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

Requirements

Experience: Previous work in schools, daycare, or youth programs.

Communication: Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).

Flexibility: Ability to work on short notice and adapt to different age groups.

Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and patient with young learners.
