Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support UAT and parallel run activities within a banking finance reporting initiative. The assignment focuses on validating a new IT solution for group finance reporting (GFRI) ahead of go-live, with a strong emphasis on data quality, functional understanding, and accurate attribute validation.

• Support UAT and parallel run activities related to the GFRI solution.
• Perform sanity checks on data in the new GFRI data model.
• Compare attributes and values between the current production model and the new GFRI model.
• Analyze and document deviations, and assess what is an acceptable difference based on functional understanding of the data and subject area.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test outcomes are aligned with business expectations.

• Business Analyst experience in a banking context.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and validation.
• Ability to understand data models and translate functional understanding into test validation.

• Banking domain experience within Capital / Basel-related areas.
