We are looking for an R&D Engineer to join a technology-driven organization working with advanced research and development in an industrial environment. The role focuses on innovation, independent problem-solving, and contributing to robust technical solutions within R&D projects.

• Drive innovation by identifying, proposing, and implementing technology developments and improvements
• Independently solve complex technical and industrial problems
• Perform engineering work within research and development projects
• Identify issues, conduct analyses, and contribute to well-founded solutions
• Apply established R&D processes, tools, and methodologies
• Contribute to technical documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
• Stay up to date on scientific and technological developments within your area of expertise and contribute to technical discussions
• Share knowledge and support less experienced colleagues when relevant

• Technical and scientific expertise within research and development
• Experience in innovation and technology development
• Understanding of the R&D context and business impact
• Experience working in R&D projects, including processes and tools
• Strong communication skills
• Awareness of risk management and intellectual property considerations
