We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Debt Collection Operations Lead to join our forward-thinking team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Goal Setting: Translate Riverty’s business strategy into specific, understandable, achievable goals, and ensuring expectations are concrete and relevant for the debt collection team.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and allocate daily operational tasks through effective prioritization and staffing, staying close to the team to support performance, remove obstacles, and create structure and focus.
- Inspiration and Motivation: Inspire and motivate the team by building a high-trust culture that supports development, engagement, and accountability, while reinforcing desired behaviors and progress.
- Recruitment: Recruit new employees when needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a crucial link between the team and other management functions, translating decisions into concrete actions and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure operational tasks adhere to high quality standards through structured follow-ups, quality controls, and coaching based on performance and quality insights.
- Best Practices Implementation: Identify and implement best practices that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and promote the digitalization of human-to-human touchpoints.
- Performance Management: Proactively manage team and individual performance, setting clear performance objectives, and providing frequent, direct, and constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Effectively address challenges and resolve issues arising in daily operations.
- Team Engagement: Proactively engage and retain team members, identifying training needs and facilitating professional development supported by HR.
