Do you enjoy shaping digital and automation offerings that make complex industrial operations smarter, safer, and more efficient?

Step into a highly strategic position where your decisions directly influence how digital and automation solutions deliver real customer value. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a growing and complex product portfolio and to work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer outcomes.

About the job

As Product Manager for Crushing Digital & Automation, you’re the accountable owner of the portfolio vision and direction. The role defines what is built, why it’s built, and when it’s prioritized across automation systems, digital services, and platform-enabled offerings. By understanding our customer needs, you translate business strategy into clear portfolio priorities, lifecycle decisions, and value realization. You report to the Product Line Manager – Digital, Service & Automation.

What you’ll do

  • Lead discovery efforts by focusing on high‑value customer and business needs.
  • Translate insights into clear value propositions, success criteria, and portfolio‑level requirements.
  • Build roadmaps and align stakeholders, major scope decisions, and lifecycle actions such as invest, scale, optimize, or retire.
  • Ensure offerings are launch‑ready, measurable, and supported across sales, service, and operations.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, UX, and subject matter experts on execution and delivery.
  • Track portfolio health using adoption, value creation, revenue, and customer outcome metrics.
  • Act as the voice of the product – collecting feedback from the markets and integrating the portfolio in the global sales and service organizations.

Location and flexibility

The role is based in Svedala. We offer a hybrid work setup, and international travel will occur.

Your profile

You have several years of experience working with product portfolios or multiple related products, preferably industrial, engineered, or hardware‑enabled. Practical experience at the intersection of automation, software, and digital services is advantageous, along with the ability to connect technical solutions with commercial and customer value. You have strong business judgment when making prioritization and trade‑off decisions. A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is needed, and you communicate fluently in English, written and spoken.

You have a collaborative, outcome-driven mindset and build trust across global, cross‑functional teams. You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence, take accountability without formal authority, and create alignment while maintaining clear decision ownership. With curiosity and structure, you balance short-term customer needs with long-term portfolio impact.
