Senior AWS Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for an AWS Infrastructure Specialist to help mature and scale a governed AWS platform. The environment includes AWS Control Tower with around 25 accounts, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation via GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline. The platform is built around a hub-and-spoke network model with IP Address Management (IPAM), Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC peering, and IAM integrated with Entra via SCIM/SSO.

In this role, you will contribute to improved automation and documentation, support workload teams, and help onboard new (or newly acquired) accounts into a standardized, governed setup.

• Develop and improve automation for AWS platform and account provisioning
• Maintain and evolve Terraform IaC and related CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, AFT)
• Support workload teams with onboarding, platform guidance, and troubleshooting
• Onboard and integrate new accounts into AWS Control Tower governance
• Strengthen and structure platform documentation
• Contribute to networking and connectivity improvements (IPAM, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC peering)

• Hands-on experience with AWS Control Tower in a multi-account environment
• Strong skills in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline
• Experience with AWS networking services, including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, IPAM, VPC peering, and Route 53
• Experience with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, and IAM
• AWS certifications

• Experience onboarding accounts and workloads into governed AWS environments
• Experience with governance guardrails and landing zone concepts
• Experience with networking firewalls
• Proven ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation
