Acting Manager Customer Portal and Marketplace

The Position

As Acting Manager Customer Portal and Marketplace you will lead strategic and tactical development in the areas of Fleet and User Administration as well as Features and Marketplace in VGCS Customer Portal.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and inspire four delivery teams working with Fleet and User Administration as well as Features and Marketplace.
• Set the strategic direction for this area, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and product owners, UX experts, backend teams, frontend teams and business stakeholders to define objectives, roadmap, priorities and secure successful deliveries.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality, budget, timely delivery and general operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and foster collaboration and innovation across the teams.
• Be an active member in the Management Team for Portal, Admin and Access Management.

Your profile

We are looking for a leader with:

• Experience in a digital product or delivery leadership role, preferably with exposure to connected end user services.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe and practices like DevSecOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to listen and influence at all levels.
• Ability to grow and continuously develop team members
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
