Test and Verification Engineer

We are looking for a Test and Verification Engineer to take ownership of test planning and execution within compaction and concrete vibration products. You will work closely with an R&D team, supported by verification testing and production teams in an international setup. The role offers a flexible environment where you may also support testing in other product groups while maintaining your main responsibility area.

• Plan, perform, and assess product quality across different phases of the product development cycle
• Provide an objective view of product status, remaining risks, and clear recommendations forward
• Conduct exploratory testing to investigate or help define specifications
• Review specifications and product architecture to break down needs for test planning (V-model)
• Plan tests in line with the test and verification strategy
• Execute tests and log results
• Document and report test outcomes to relevant stakeholders
• Provide recommendations at key decision gates
• Improve or create test codes to support continuous development of testing
• Participate in risk assessments and planning activities
• Contribute to maintaining and improving order and cleanliness in lab facilities

• Experience in test and verification work, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Ability to assess specifications and product architecture to support structured test planning (V-model)
• Experience documenting results and communicating product status, risks, and recommendations
• Ability to improve or create test code when needed to enable continued test development
• Experience participating in risk assessments and test planning

• Experience with compaction and/or concrete vibration products
• Experience working in distributed setups with international testing and production teams
