Deputy General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

l Carry out daily operational management, asset operation, network operation management, internal control, and risk management. Develop and improve company regulations to ensure orderly management and high-quality development.

l Build a robust financial system for the company, ensuring stable cash flow and that all income and expenditures align with budget plans.

l Maintain the company's image in the local area, and comply with local laws, professional ethics, and company regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

l Possess at least 8 years of working experience in terminal business, telecommunications industry or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in managing retail store channels and agency channels.

l Have experience in leading a team, with strong team management and leadership skills.

l Familiar with terminal product sales, marketing and management, with rich experience in formulating and implementing business strategies.

l Have good communication, negotiation and coordination skills, able to maintain good relationships with partners, customers and internal departments.

l Have strong market analysis and judgment ability, able to quickly respond to market changes and put forward effective countermeasures.

l Have strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and Chinese;

l Have a proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
