Overview

White Label Agency (WLA) provides white label WordPress development services to US-based digital agencies. Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ professionals across 4 different countries.
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from onboarding meetings to completion, while ensuring efficient communication with internal and external parties, timely delivery, and exceptional quality.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to translate technical aspects in a client-friendly way, and an eagerness to establish and maintain long-term collaborations.
 

Business language: English (no Swedish required)
Position type: On-site, full-time (Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Project Delivery

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, answer their questions and inquiries
  • Book and handle meetings with the clients
  • Translate technical details and project specifications into clear, client-friendly explanations
  • Communicate project status, progress, and any timeline or technical changes clearly and promptly to clients and internal teams
  • Follow up with clients after project completion to get their feedback. Address post-delivery concerns (if any)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and ongoing collaboration
  • Advocate for clients within the WLA teams, ensuring clients’ projects are prioritized effectively, delivered on time, and handled according to WLA standards
     

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from the onboarding meetings to completion, ensuring that all objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met
  • Develop clear project plans in collaboration with client team members and internal teams. Define deadlines and milestones accordingly
  • Identify potential risks or issues that could impact project success, such as resource constraints or technical challenges Communicate with relevant internal and external teams and work proactively on solutions
  • Collect all necessary project details, files, and assets. Ensure they are aligned with the project specification and standards  
  • Proactively oversee the quality of deliverables at every stage, make sure they meet client expectations and WLA standards
  • Document and store the files and assets properly, in accordance with WLA and the client’s policies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including upsell pipelines and client activity
     

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate between internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery
  • Support internal process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction
     

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, IT project management or a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, client-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
     

Plus to Have
  • Hands-on project management experience
  • Understanding of WordPress
  • Experience working with the US clients
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
