Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist to support and further develop transport and logistics processes in an industrial environment. You will help secure efficient, high-quality transport flows, ensure compliant documentation, manage costs, and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external transport providers.

• Plan, execute, and follow up transport activities within the unit
• Create, maintain, and quality-assure transport documentation
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with transport providers and support implementation of transport plans
• Review and validate transport invoices and ensure correct cost allocation
• Optimize transport solutions, including consolidation strategies
• Support the overall logistics flow, including forwarding and warehouse-related coordination, together with production, planning, and purchasing
• Ensure documentation archiving in line with applicable regulations
• Drive continuous improvements in transport operations and ways of working
• Support the responsible manager with supplier issues, quality deviations, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and improve relevant master data

• Experience in transport and logistics management (preferably within industrial operations)
• Good understanding of transport regulations and documentation requirements
• Ability to analyze data and report outcomes
• Experience collaborating with and following up suppliers/transport providers
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and operational control
• Fluent in Swedish and good understanding of English
• Ability to work independently in a structured and solution-oriented way
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience from forwarding and/or warehouse management coordination
