Senior Technical Product Owner Cloud & Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead the technical strategy, design, and implementation of hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure in an automotive environment. You will be a key contributor to a cloud-first strategy with strong focus on automation, scalability, reliability, security, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Due to a small team setup, this role is largely hands-on and includes development work alongside product ownership responsibilities.

You will collaborate broadly across the organization, helping teams adopt efficient ways of working and enabling secure, high-performing hosting services.

• Own and drive the technical roadmap for hybrid cloud infrastructure, aligned with a cloud-first vision.
• Design and improve provisioning and automation flows with a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
• Implement and evolve Infrastructure as Code practices to enable scalable, repeatable platform delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Data & Analytics, Network Services and digital product teams to integrate infrastructure capabilities into the wider application landscape.
• Enable CI/CD and automation workflows using source control and pipeline tooling.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on cloud automation, IaC and DevOps ways of working.
• Act as a technical thought leader, driving continuous improvement in cloud and infrastructure practices.
• Evaluate vendors and technologies to balance performance needs with cost optimization goals.
• Support product ownership activities such as backlog management, prioritization, planning and refinements.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure architecture and services such as Functions, VMs, networking, storage, AKS and automation.
• Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code within Azure environments (Terraform and/or Bicep), and familiarity with Ansible principles and usage.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts and tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise and/or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Azure Monitor, Grafana and/or Prometheus.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions and align cloud strategy with business objectives.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, business and security.
• Product ownership capabilities including backlog management, prioritization, stakeholder engagement and roadmap definition.

• Recent experience from platform teams working hands-on with public cloud, IaC and automation.
• Knowledge of on-prem environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
