Senior Factory Controller

We are looking for an experienced Factory Controller to support manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure strong financial control and performance in the factory while helping maintain stability and structure during a transition to a new campus environment.

• Perform operational factory controlling and ongoing financial follow-up
• Drive cost control, productivity target support, variance analysis, product costing, and inventory follow-up
• Act as a business partner to factory management and key stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement through target setting and performance follow-up
• Support monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Help secure financial stability and structure during the transition to the new campus

• Solid experience as a Factory Controller / Operations Controller within manufacturing
• Hands-on and structured approach, with the ability to work in a changing and developing environment
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Fluent in English and Swedish
