Senior Production Quality Engineer

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will ensure product quality and robust ways of working by establishing, maintaining, and improving processes across the supply chain. The role includes acting as a key quality representative towards management and, when applicable, customer stakeholders, with a strong focus on audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Review and evaluate working methods to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and directives
• Monitor quality performance and initiate quality-assuring actions when needed
• Plan, execute, and follow up on product and process audits, including third-party audits
• Analyze non-conformance statistics and trends from the reporting system
• Report quality status, audit outcomes, and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders
• Support activities to ensure delivery criteria are met
• Drive quality problem-solving activities, including CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Contribute to and, when needed, lead initiatives in product and organizational development
• Guide colleagues in the management system and support/educate in areas owned by the quality function

• Ability to plan and conduct quality audits (product, process, and third-party audits)
• Experience working with quality follow-up using non-conformance reporting and statistics
• Hands-on experience driving CAPA, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ability to report and communicate quality status and improvement work to key stakeholders
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
