Payroll Coordinator for France & Italy

About the assignment

In this role, you will coordinate and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple European countries, with primary focus on France and Italy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors while contributing to continuous improvements in payroll processes and ways of working.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries Manage day-to-day payroll operations primarily for France and Italy Collaborate closely with colleagues within the EMEA Payroll team Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries across the organization Partner with external payroll vendors and internal functions such as HR and Finance Support the development, optimization, and documentation of payroll processes Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll regulations, and internal policies

Must have

Hands-on payroll experience supporting France and/or Italy Strong understanding of payroll operations within a global organization Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and ways of working Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments with multiple stakeholders

Preferred competence

Payroll experience supporting Denmark and/or the UK Experience working with Oracle Previous experience in an international or global business environment
