WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DOThe purpose of the IT Security Operations Specialist role is to ensure the operational execution of Oatly’s cybersecurity processes. You’ll work hands‑on with our SOC, vulnerability management, cloud security, identity and access processes, third‑party risk, and regulatory compliance to make sure Oatly’s security posture is resilient, effective, and aligned with business needs and the global threat landscape.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
Support and continuously improve our Security Operations Center (SOC), enabling 24/7 threat detection, incident response, and operational resilience. Leverage SIEM, SOAR and endpoint protection platforms.
Run the full vulnerability lifecycle such as scanning, prioritization, remediation follow‑up, and reporting.
IAM controls and lifecycle activities for user identities and entitlements across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Define and manage security requirements for external vendors and solutions, maintain vendor risk profiles.
Execute and document security controls (incl. SOX) and stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies.
Support incident response efforts, including investigations and digital forensics.
Build strong internal and external networks and support governance and strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will report into Director Information Security and Cyber Security at Malmö HQ.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLEWe are looking for you who have at least 2+ years experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity Operations, or SOC roles.
Experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM and vulnerability scanning tools.
Extensive experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS).
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or similar.
Experience with agile methods and tools.
Regulatory frameworks (SOX, NIS2, GDPR).
ISO 27001, NIS, MITRE, IEC 62443.
Experience in a global tech‑driven environment.
Security certifications (GSOC, CSX‑P, CISSP, CEH) is preferable.
You bring a natural analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems in a practical and thoughtful way.
You like working in a structured and proactive manner, and you pay attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You take responsibility for your work and show integrity in how you follow things through.
You are curious, self‑driven, and enjoy taking initiative when you see an opportunity to move things forward.
You feel comfortable prioritizing your work, managing your time, and setting clear expectations
You enjoy collaborating with people from different parts of the business and appreciate what strong teamwork can achieve.
You communicate clearly and are good at making complex topics easier to understand
You express yourself well in writing and speech, and you adapt your communication style depending on who you’re talking to.
