IaC Developer (GitOps & Crossplane)

We are looking for an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Developer to help design, implement, and maintain modern, automated infrastructure. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on scalability, reliability, and secure-by-design cloud and on-prem solutions, with Azure as a primary cloud platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible.
• Integrate infrastructure provisioning into CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met in infrastructure configurations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure to support high availability.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and best practices in IaC and cloud engineering.

• Proven experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane, Azure, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong infrastructure domain knowledge across both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience working with Azure as a cloud platform.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of Golang and/or Java.
• Experience with RHEL and SUSE.
• Experience with VMware and vRealize.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Red Hat Automation Platform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with Windows in infrastructure environments.
