Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end delivery ownership of a cross-functional initiative in a complex enterprise environment. You will lead planning and execution, ensure alignment across internal and external delivery streams, and drive structured communication and follow-up in line with established governance and ways of working.

The assignment includes coordinating testing, managing go-live readiness, and ensuring a smooth transition into hypercare—supported by clear documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
• Run project governance and manage stage gates according to the governance model
• Track progress against milestones and maintain structured reporting and follow-up
• Coordinate delivery readiness across design, build, testing, and cutover
• Plan and coordinate testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Drive change and communication activities to support business readiness and user adoption
• Coordinate training activities, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Lead go-live preparation, approve go-live checklist readiness, and coordinate cutover activities
• Ensure post–go-live support and structure hypercare planning and execution
• Close the project formally, including lessons learned

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex IT or business transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project governance, stage gates, and structured delivery models
• Experience coordinating testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple delivery streams and stakeholder groups
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with both business and IT teams
• Experience leading projects through go-live, cutover, and hypercare
• Ability to manage documentation, readiness activities, and structured knowledge transfer

• Experience from automotive or other large enterprise environments
• Background in financial systems, ERP, or workflow-related projects
• Experience working with external suppliers or multi-vendor setups
