Senior Mechanical Designer

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5
• Experience working with composite structures (preferred)
• Background in Jig and Tool Design
• Solid experience in structural design
• Experience working in interdisciplinary environments, including system installation, stress analysis, and structural design
• Strong ability to perform design chemcks, both for detailed parts and complex assemblies
• Familiarity with model-based 3D technical data preparation
• Knowledge of fasteners, standard parts, aerospace materials, and corrosion prevention
• Experience in Jet aircraft design (preferred)
• Knowledge of lightning strike protection in fuel tanks (preferred)
