UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to help shape valuable, usable, and desirable digital services. You will work in an agile environment where design is a shared responsibility and collaboration with developers and other stakeholders is central. The assignment also includes contributing to the evolution of the design system and ways of working.

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Define and formulate user goals
• Create concept designs and explore solution directions
• Produce detailed UI designs for digital services
• Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops
• Continuously develop and improve the design system and design ways of working
• Support design system ownership activities, including facilitating sessions and supporting developers and designers

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
• Experience in both UX and UI design for digital services
• Strong user advocacy and a user-centered approach to design
• Agile mindset (test-learn-modify)
• Excellent communication skills
• Figma
• Design systems experience
• Fluent English
