Technical Lead (Tools and Automation)

We are looking for a Technical Lead – Fullstack with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Generative AI to drive end-to-end architecture, lead a team of engineers, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled web platforms. This role combines deep technical ownership and DevOps excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Architecture & Technical Strategy

Design and own scalable fullstack architecture using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.

Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

Drive microservices-based and API-first architecture with clear separation of concerns.

Build High-Quality Frontend & Backend Systems

Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG).

Design and implement robust backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs with proper authentication and versioning.

Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across services.

Integrate Generative AI Capabilities

Integrate LLMs and Generative AI APIs into product workflows.

Design prompt orchestration, AI-driven features, and intelligent automation use cases.

Ensure secure, observable, and responsible AI implementations.

Lead & Mentor the Engineering Team

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.

Lead sprint planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

Collaborate with product, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Drive DevOps & Cloud Practices

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.

Work with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployments.

Promote infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and observability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of fullstack development experience with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role.

Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI APIs into production systems.

Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and API security.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.

Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have

Experience with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks.

Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks or agent-based systems.

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues.

Exposure to advanced performance optimization and scalable system design.
