Quality Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Construction Manager to lead all site-based quality activities for a major green steel plant project. This is a unique opportunity to drive a strong quality culture across a multidisciplinary construction team and ensure world-class execution on a sustainable industrial project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site Quality team, including QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements, codes, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate quality matters with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive quality culture across the project.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE teams for integrated project execution.
• Participate in quality audits, client inspections, and third-party assessments.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical background.
• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles on large-scale EPC industrial construction projects (steel, energy, petrochemical, or heavy industry preferred).
• Proven track record of leading quality teams on complex construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, welding standards (AWS, ASME), NDT methods, and construction quality processes.
• Experience with sustainability-focused or green industrial projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
