Are you a commercially driven sales or business development professional with experience from clinical trials or life science?

Do you understand how the clinical research ecosystem works and enjoy building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals?

Do you have experience selling clinical trial services and navigating the clinical research ecosystem - from sponsors and CROs to sites and eClinical vendors?

We are looking for a sales professional who can come in and generate new business within the clinical trials space. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who wants to own sales opportunities end-to-end and make a real commercial impact.

Based in Danderyd, we operate globally across clinical trials and life sciences. We are an imaging platform for clinical trials that connects hospitals, experts, and industry - including CROs, pharma, biotech, medtech, and eClinical vendors - enabling trials with imaging endpoints and the generation of high-quality evidence faster and more efficiently.

The role

As Business Development Manager, you will focus on new customer acquisition and business growth. You will work consultatively with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through decision-making processes in a complex B2B environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, combining flexibility with customer meetings and industry presence.

What you will do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within clinical trials and life science

Build and leverage relationships across CROs, pharma, biotech, medtech, and eClinical companies

Drive B2B sales processes from initial dialogue to agreement

Engage multiple stakeholders across the clinical trial ecosystem

Work consultatively to understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly

Build, manage, and own your sales pipeline — from new business development to ongoing account management and expansion.

Collaborate internally with product development and customer success to ensure successful customer outcomes

What you bring:

You bring a strong commercial mindset and experience from selling, commercial projects management or consulting in complex environments.

You likely have:

Experience in sales and/or business development

Experience and network from clinical trials, CROs, life science, pharma, or biotech

A track record of working with new business or customer accounts

Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Solid business acumen and commercial judgment

Very good communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
