About the Assignment
Our client's Software R&D department within Digital & IT is responsible for delivering digital capabilities that enable embedded software supporting vehicle services and diagnostics.
The department provides and facilitates a secure pathway for qualified software deployment. Stakeholders include Product Development, Manufacturing, and Aftermarket, as the application supports the entire lifecycle of a vehicle.
A modernization journey has recently started, transforming a monolithic application into smaller, independent services that can leverage cloud-based infrastructure. This transformation will be an important focus area moving forward.
Responsibilities
You will be part of the Software Configuration team, which is responsible for the full product lifecycle, including:
- Design
- Development
- Testing
- Deployment
The team emphasizes structured collaboration, clear communication, and transparency regarding commitments and deliveries. Knowledge sharing within the team and across teams is encouraged.
Ensuring high quality and product safety is a top priority. Continuous improvement is an integral part of the way of working.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in backend development using ASP.NET
- Experience in frontend development using Angular and/or Blazor
- Solid knowledge of .NET and SQL Server
- Experience with MQ messaging
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and GIT
- Understanding of secure development practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Meritorious
- Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Ranorex, or Playwright

- Ability to work independently and take initiative
