This assignment focuses on leading IT projects within Sales and Marketing, with a particular emphasis on e-commerce and sales across multiple channels. You will drive projects from planning through closure and work closely with cross-functional teams, specialists, and key stakeholders.

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Establish and follow project plans, forecasts, budgets, and risk analyses.
• Coordinate resources and align cross-functional development teams and specialists.
• Report status and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience in project management.
• Technical understanding, especially within e-commerce and sales across different channels.
• Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and solve problems.
