• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and cost reduction activities.
• Develop and implement segment strategies within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Lead strategic purchasing activities within the commodity area.
• Establish supplier relationship management processes and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate supplier integration plans with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market dynamics that affect material or service availability and pricing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, analyze market conditions, and define service levels.

• Experience in strategic sourcing and cost reduction work.
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing or segment strategies.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to analyze market trends affecting pricing and availability.
• Fluent English.
