Design Management Assistant

You will support the Design Management function with administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The role works closely with design leadership and internal stakeholders to help plan, govern, report, and follow up on initiatives. This is a broad support role in an international environment where structure, communication, and efficient collaboration are central.

• Translate business, operational, and design-related material accurately.
• Provide live verbal interpretation during meetings, presentations, and discussions.
• Coordinate executive meetings, design reviews, workshops, and events.
• Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
• Handle day-to-day administrative support requests.
• Act as a key coordination point between design leadership and internal departments.
• Support collaboration and knowledge sharing across design teams.
• Maintain documentation and communication flows to support efficient execution.

• Fluent English.
• Fluent Mandarin.
• Ability to translate written material and provide live verbal interpretation.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, and related logistics.
• Ability to manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings.
• Familiarity with design workflows.
• Experience working with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.

• Swedish language skills.
