Investor Relations Director

Belnord Capital is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director to lead and develop the company’s investor communications and capital raising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors

• Lead capital raising initiatives and support fundraising processes

• Prepare and manage investor communications, including presentations, reports, and marketing materials

• Act as a key point of contact between the company and its investors

• Coordinate investor meetings, updates, and ongoing communication

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Experience in investor relations / sales, finance, or asset management

• Experience in capital raising and working with institutional investors

• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluency in English

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
